About the instructors:

Jen Haugen from Jen's Joyful Kitchen and Lynn Dugan from MyPlate2Yours are two dietitians that love the kitchen and will be sharing their best cooking tips and nutrition hacks that have helped them feed their families healthy meals too!

Total Cost: $30 which includes a signed copy of Not Your Mama’s Kitchen cookbook containing 4 weeks of menus, including recipes and shopping lists.
