Chippy Banana Oat Cookies

These Chippy Banana Oat Cookies get the seal of approval from both kids and adults alike! Kids love them for their taste and natural sweetness. Adults like them for the quick prep and healthy profile. There are four simple ingredients: rolled oats, nut butter, ripe bananas and chocolate chips. A nut-free version can be made with an easy substitution of the nut butter for soy butter or sun butter. These cookies are also gluten-free when the oats used are labeled gluten-free. Try making these with your next pair of ripe bananas! Enjoy!
